The Commission is the student ministry at Authentic Church. It is our goal to empower our students through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ to take the gospel message into their school, community, and beyond. We are disciples making disciples! Our mission starts right here!
Wednesdays
Join us at 6:30PM for a time of fellowship. Midweek service starts at 7:00PM. From breakout sessions and Encounter service to testimonies and game night there is always something happening on Wednesday night!
Our student ministry team strives to create an atmosphere for our students that will give them a safe place to develop a love of exploring God's Word, being a leader in worship, and building a prayer life. We connect them with other young people through our nearby UPCI Section events.
SERVICE TIMES
Sundays
During the Spring and Fall semester The Commission has a Life Group called Iron Sharpens Iron on Sunday mornings at 9:00AM in the youth room. Students will discover their purpose and God's design for humanity as we delve into God's word through the eyes of the characters of the Bible. The prayer room and coffee bar are open for adults while their teen is in Sunday school. In between Life Group semesters we encourage our students to complete the First Steps program Sundays at 9:00am or to join others in the prayer room before worship service.
At 10:00AM the students will join the adults in the sanctuary for worship service. We believe that worship brings us closer to God and want our students to discover a love for Him through worship, prayer, and the Word!
